Darrell Perry, CHC’s Senior Unified Communications Manager of IT gave us a tour of what it was like to migrate from an existing CallPilot/Third-Party IVR to AAEP. What’s important? Select a business partner that can help from inception to completion with:

- Suggest future improvements
- Rapid development required
